Cancellation Terms
Specific Rules for Each Type of Notary Appointment
Online Notarization

Cancellations made 2+ hours before the appointment are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 2 hours will incur a $10 fee.
Mobile Notarization

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance qualify for a full refund.
Within 24 hours, 50% of the fee is non-refundable due to time and travel commitment.
Estate Packages

Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations after that will incur a 25% non-refundable charge.

Cancellation Policy
When and How Refunds Are Issued
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Completed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Need to Change Your Appointment?
- Reschedules made 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Requests made within 24 hours may require a $15 rescheduling fee, depending on availability.
Protecting Time for All Parties
- If a client fails to appear within 15 minutes of the appointment time without notice, it's considered a no-show and non-refundable.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling with added fees.
